Billing and Invoicing Guide

This guide explains how billing works and provides details about invoices, fees, and usage limits.

Payment Security

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. All payments are processed securely through our trusted partner, BNG Payments, which protects your data using PCI-compliant systems.

Invoice Creation and Due Dates

• Invoice Dates: Your monthly invoice is generated based on your sign-up date, and you’ll get an email when it’s created.

  • Example: If you sign up on October 13, your first invoice will be created on November 13.

Monthly Subscription Fees

• Subscription Fee: $49 per month for the billing period (e.g., October 13 - November 13).

• Processing and Storage Fees: These fees are calculated based on your usage during the previous month (e.g., September 13 - October 13).

Usage Limits and Costs

• Processing Time:

  • Included Limit: 50 hours per month.

  • Overage Cost: $0.029640 per hour.

  • Example: 1 minute of overage costs approximately $0.0005.

• Storage:

  • Included Limit: 268 GB per month.

  • Overage Cost: $24 per TB (1 TB = 1024 GB).

  • Example: 1 GB of overage costs approximately $0.0234, and 1 MB costs ~$0.00002.

Late Fees and Penalties

• Due Date: Payments are due by the time your next invoice is created.

• Late Fees:

  1. First Late Invoice: A 10% late fee is applied.

  2. Second Late Invoice: A 15% late fee is applied.

  3. Third Late Invoice: An additional 15% late fee is applied, and your account may be suspended.

• Roll-Over Charges: Any unpaid invoices will be added to your current bill along with applicable late fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Prorated Charges: If you cancel your account, charges for the current month will be prorated.

• Final Invoice: You’ll receive one last invoice, including any overages from the previous month.
